Sean O'Shea
Sean O’Shea (Vito Pignoli) is happy to be back at the Ranch for this production. Last season he was in Leading Ladies and Who’s in Bed With the Butler. Sean is founder and former artistic director of the Santa Barbara Shakespeare Festival. He’s been seen in their productions of The Miser, Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, Twelfth Night, Pvt. Wars, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He’s been seen on stage locally with the Santa Barbara city college Theater group and DiJo Productions. Though Sean prefers to act, his directing credits include The Death of Bessie Smith (for which he won some kind of prize presented to him by Edward Albee), A Christmas Carol: Scrooge & Marley, The Merchant of Venice, Night Mother, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, Ajax, and about twelve other productions, all done at theatres of little note. Sean's next great adventure is to make a movie with his longtime collaborators and friends, Ivan Pelly and Jimmy Young.
